Job Overview

In addition, the Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for supervising administrative staff members, allocating tasks effectively to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate all administrative tasks and activities to guarantee efficiency and adherence to company policy.
  2. Supervise administrative staff members, equitably distributing responsibilities to enhance team performance.
  3. Manage calendars, travel itineraries, and scheduling for senior leadership, ensuring punctuality and smooth execution.
  4. Handle all forms of correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  5. Provide support in financial procedures, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and data entry.
  6. Maintain accurate databases and records for financial information, personnel data, and other critical documents.
  7. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to prevent disruptions to standard operational procedures.
  8. Compile reports and develop proposals, presentations, and other required materials.
  9. Promptly assist colleagues whenever possible to foster a collaborative work environment.

Estimated Salary: $62,500 per annum based on industry standards and location considerations.
