Administrative Support Professional

We have been one of the leading specialists in support solutions and fastening systems for over 50 years. Our products are used in more than 40 countries worldwide through our network of branches and authorised distributors. As part of the Customer Service Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and supporting Supply Chain operations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, proficient in using ERP software and MS Office applications. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and dealing with inbound enquiries
- Liaising with the Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Logistics Manager at all times
- Assisting the Field team with customer/order information
- Maintaining accurate documentation records and performing general office duties
- Providing general support to visitors and guests
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
