Project Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering various construction projects of varying scope and scale.
This role involves working closely with the Contracts Manager to plan and deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing job specifications and pricing documents
- Purchasing materials and equipment competitively throughout the project
- Sourcing, managing, and overseeing subcontractors
- Managing and updating project programs in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
- Providing regular client liaison and progress reports
- Monthly project valuations and invoicing
- Pricing variations and additional works that arise
- Reviewing budgets to maximise profitability
- Maintaining health and safety on all sites
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Computer literacy
- A desire to work in the construction industry
