About the Role

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to Procare Teams, including forward planning and scheduling of engineering resources, scheduling of Procare engineer's holidays, providing billing updates to accounts to facilitate invoicing, and assisting with client/commissioning/projects team liaison via telephone & email.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue quotations for remedial and minor additional works, critical spares to be held on sites, and upgrades.
  • Client relationship management ensuring they receive all relevant information when requested.
