Government Administrative Associate

Candidates are sought for the position of Government Administrative Associate to assist our team in Aylesbury, UK. As a Government Administrative Associate, you will provide administrative support to our government client.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Sort and distribute mail efficiently
- Perform various administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, posting, and proofreading data
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and accurately
This is a fixed-term opportunity until the end of March 2025, with a pay rate of £12.99 per hour. The role is based in the Regional Rehabilitation Unit in RAF Halton, where admin support plays a crucial role in patient care.
Requirements- TWO GCSES AT GRADE C OR ABOVE (OR EQUIVALENT)
- NVQ Business Administration Level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
