Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Administrator to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The ideal candidate will have strong previous Administration experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of periodic training demand for all customers within Routes and National Functions. This will involve actively monitoring and reporting upon periodic training demand with internal processes, stakeholders, and customer groups.

In addition, the Training Administrator will triage and manage the generic inbox to respond/resolve generic enquires within the agreed SLAs. They will also investigate upon data and provide reports on a periodic basis to Professional Development & Customer Consultants and management (on need basis).

The role will support the Professional Development & Customer Consultant in building relationships with customers and stakeholders. This will involve liaising with colleagues across L&OD teams to provide customers with expected levels of assurance and governance around demand management.

The Training Administrator will assist with the business planning process by being responsible for data entry across systems. This is a critical role that requires strong data-analytical skills and a strong customer focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong previous Administration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong data-analytical skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
