Property Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Property Administration Coordinator to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own email account, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, opening new matter files, and assisting with initial administration work.
You will also be required to take customer card payments on account, issue customer forms, apply for searches, use the Land Registry portal to obtain copy deeds, and assist with telephone answering and general admin duties.
The successful candidate will possess intermediate IT skills, be able to cope with peak demands, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and improvement.
