Business Administrator Role

KPI:Health, a leading clinical service provider to the NHS and private sectors, seeks an experienced Business Administrator to support multiple business functions with administrative workload.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks across various departments, including Commercial Development, Senior Management & Directors, Contracts and legal, Systems, Service delivery, and People.
Our company aims to grow year-on-year between 2024 and 2027, and we are seeking an organized and professional individual to join our team as we move towards a project management style of work and outcome delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administrative tasks, including contract template completion, meeting minutes, and scheduling meetings
- Collate and organize contracts, client information, and framework documents
- Provide monthly inventory logging and statistics to internal leadership
- Support staff with their administrative needs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, based on experience, plus 20 days annual leave and bank holidays. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, in Central Milton Keynes.
Requirements:- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to present to senior audiences and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Familiarity with MS Office systems and willingness to learn new software
