Office Administration Lead

About the Role:
- This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Milton Keynes office.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in an office-based environment/administration role.
- You will possess excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary of £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, along with a range of benefits, including 25 days paid holiday and a contributory workplace pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate daily, weekly and monthly figures, providing reports to various stakeholders.
- Engage with customers over the phone to conduct service satisfaction calls and update systems accordingly.
- Work closely with the team to analyze performance trends/indicators/patterns.
- Provide high-quality, accurately completed work, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
