Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Working Solutions Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel coordination. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality presentations, gathering and analysing data, and coordinating complex travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain the Sales Director's calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports with a strong focus on visual impact and accuracy.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Plan and manage complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Data Management:
    • Gather, analyse, and consolidate data for reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000–£40,000 per annum.
