Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administration professional to work in a dynamic industrial setting.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
- Managing production schedules using Excel, based on customer bookings, to meet business requirements.
- Liaising with project managers to facilitate clear communication regarding customer orders.
- Processing customer orders into Sage Line 50 accounting software, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Updating and maintaining pricing schedules using Excel, to reflect changes in the market or company policies.
- Demonstrating intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Sage Line 50 accounting software is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within an industrial setting, is essential.
Working Environment:
- This role is based in an office environment within an industrial setting.
- 20 days holiday + 8 days Bank Holiday per annum.
- On-site parking available for employees.
- Flexible working hours, including early finish on Fridays.
