Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administration professional to work in a dynamic industrial setting.

  • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
  • Managing production schedules using Excel, based on customer bookings, to meet business requirements.
  • Liaising with project managers to facilitate clear communication regarding customer orders.
  • Processing customer orders into Sage Line 50 accounting software, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Updating and maintaining pricing schedules using Excel, to reflect changes in the market or company policies.
  • Demonstrating intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Sage Line 50 accounting software is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within an industrial setting, is essential.

Working Environment:

  • This role is based in an office environment within an industrial setting.
  • 20 days holiday + 8 days Bank Holiday per annum.
  • On-site parking available for employees.
  • Flexible working hours, including early finish on Fridays.
