At Dawning Truth, we are seeking an Industrial Quality Improvement Specialist to drive significant improvements in efficiency and help implement efficiency improvement plans. This role is in the South African motor manufacturing industry, specifically the manufacture of car batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive significant improvements in efficiency
  • Implement efficiency improvement plans
  • Introduce new ideas on how the business can be more effective

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Lean Manufacturing, TQM and similar philosophies, specifically applied to manufacturing
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality (BSC or Btech)
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R25K to R35K per month. Negotiable for exceptional candidates.
