Job Title: Improvement Advisor

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Improvement Advisor to join our Quality Improvement Team. As an Improvement Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our plans to build the Trust's Quality Improvement (QI) capacity and capability as core faculty of the CNWL Improvement Academy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading significant projects that have led to quantifiable improvements, with experience of using improvement tools and techniques in a complex service environment. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining project documentation, managing change in a complex multi-stakeholder environment, and facilitating workshops/events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programmes and relevant materials, including virtual training.
  • Provide leadership and improvement expertise for allocated divisions within the Trust, supporting the development of QI infrastructure.
  • Oversee targeted QI campaigns for Trust priorities, ensuring all campaigns are appropriately resourced and have clear implementation plans.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the improvement approach at CNWL, raising the profile and supporting the development of the CNWL QI website.
Person Specification:
  • Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent level combination of Post Graduate degree plus further experience and specialist training.
  • Evidence of ongoing Continued Professional Development.
  • Improvement qualification/accreditation.
