London Market Operations Quality & Controls Specialist

Join Quality Enterprises USA as a Quality and Controls Specialist and take on the challenge of implementing and managing controls, data quality & analysis, and continually improving quality processes.

You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the business, and use data analysis to drive business decisions.

About the Role:

The Quality and Controls Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the Operational Team meets established Quality standards. This role will be integral to building and delivering a Quality Framework, implementing and managing controls, conducting data quality audits, analyzing data to generate insight, developing and maintaining quality documentation, training and educating the teams on quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage controls to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Conduct data quality audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures
  • Train and educate teams on quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
