About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of B2B marketing strategies that are data-led, results-focused, and cost-effective. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager - Business and wider business marketing team to curate and create content for our business channels via London & Partners' extensive networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage or assist the delivery of innovative, impactful marketing from inception through to evaluation.
  • Work closely with the wider team to scope, create or commission, and distribute content that is informed by audience insight and meets business needs via owned, earned, paid, and partner channels.
  • Provide professional and efficient marketing support for all business activities, events, and trade shows, including producing the marketing around each event such as messaging, copywriting, collateral production, and branding.
  • Be a workstream lead, including planning and taking responsibility for delivery, of one or more marketing areas.

Requirements

  • Proficient marketing skills, likely a second jobber with interest in destination and hospitality sector.
  • Committed to continuous learning and evolving with industry best practice.
  • Desire to work in an agile, collaborative marketing environment and as part of diverse project teams.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce, is desirable.
  • Competence with marketing performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Social analytics platforms, Hootsuite is desirable.
