Key Responsibilities:

The Email Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of email marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Email Campaign Development: Utilize expertise in HTML/CSS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create responsive email campaigns.
  • Template Creation & Maintenance: Build and maintain interactive email templates, ensuring proper rendering across devices and troubleshooting issues.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and layouts to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Event-Focused Campaigns: Develop tailored, event-specific email campaigns highlighting value propositions and driving participation.
  • Performance Analysis & Improvement: Track email metrics, provide actionable insights, and stay updated on industry best practices to refine future campaigns.
About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing marketing team as an Email Marketing Manager/Developer. The role requires strong developer skills and expertise in HTML/CSS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, A/B testing, and collaboration with editorial, design teams, business partners, and project managers.

Prior experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Personalisation and Automation Studio.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Experience in email lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in HTML/CSS, with a basic understanding of SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation and personalisation in emails.
What We Offer:
