About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As a Paid Media Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for French-speaking clients or international markets.

With a strong focus on performance marketing, you will develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and display networks. Your expertise in campaign strategy, execution, reporting, and client communication will ensure that campaigns meet or exceed performance targets.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with creative teams to develop engaging and culturally relevant ad copy and creatives. You will also collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure a unified approach across all digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on French-speaking markets.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, and providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and insights.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI while staying within client budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, optimizing bids, ad copy, and targeting to achieve desired outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present detailed performance reports for clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in a performance-driven environment or agency setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms. Experience in managing display campaigns is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication and client management skills, with experience working with French-speaking clients or international markets.
