We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This leadership position requires someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, creating memorable dining experiences, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a genuine love for hospitality, and a strong ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff members to achieve business objectives
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
