Technical Service Desk Lead

About the Role
  • As a seasoned IT manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the helpdesk team, ensuring seamless client satisfaction and high performance metrics.
  • You will set and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee timely issue resolution and system uptime.
  • Your expert guidance and support will serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

This role requires proven experience managing an IT helpdesk, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You will possess natural leadership skills, with a talent for mentoring and motivating teams to excel.
