Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join a large programme of work within Financial Services alongside the DigX team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects and be able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex technical projects and be proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. They will also have exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to drive Agile adoption and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects.
  • Deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Drive Agile adoption and team effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience delivering complex technical projects.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong technical acumen, with a background in software development or systems architecture preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
