Job Summary

This role will be the first point of contact and lead for Rail Delivery Group in engaging with change programmes in the London Area. The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and will be responsible for transitioning programmes through their entire life cycle from instigation to development to delivery into BAU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate multiple workstreams and teams to deliver change programmes that impact London and its significant revenue streams.
  • Lead in ensuring programmes are running on time and to budget, including regular reporting and dealing with changes to the programmes as necessary.
  • Oversee the change programme for amendments to the methodology of allocating Outboundary Travelcard revenue.
  • Coordinate the requirements for any changes to BAU processes or Agreements for alterations to key TfL schemes.
  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of Oval Phase 2.
  • Collaborate with wider rail industry stakeholders to support Rail Reform initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience of project management techniques and an understanding of commercial agreements.
  • Experience of working within rail and familiarity with its commercial frameworks.
  • Experience as a project manager or similar, with solid relevant knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Robust planning skills and ability to develop and implement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
