As a successful candidate, you will have experience with consumption business, innovation, and value selling to new prospective customers. You will identify first or new use cases, guide customers forward to compress decision cycles, and love understanding a product in depth.

  • Develop a successful account execution strategy for your territory
  • Identify and activate new accounts to execute account activation targets
  • Exceed activity and revenue targets
  • Track customer details in Salesforce
  • Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to prospects
  • Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

What we look for:

  • Experience penetrating new accounts, executing on first use cases, and growing initial consumption
  • Relevant software sales development experience with a consumption sales motion
  • Basic understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems
  • Experience exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Passion for cloud technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
