Business Development Lead

Job Summary:
As Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability at Refresco Drinks UK Limited. You will develop and execute commercial strategies, collaborate with internal teams and brand partners, and analyse market trends to inform commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to deliver commercial initiatives
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform commercial decisions
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve commercial targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a commercial role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and brand partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
