We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Learning Needs Assistant. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to children with complex needs, enabling them to overcome challenges and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and delivering bespoke educational programs that cater to each child's unique requirements.
  • Providing one-to-one support to children with ASD, SEMH, or PMLD, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Employing creative strategies to engage children in the learning process, promoting their motivation and enthusiasm.
