Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their self-esteem and confidence in their academic abilities.
Support students with organization, time management, and study skills to help them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and respect.
Requirements:
Relevant experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents/carers.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safeguarding.
