Empowering Learning's Teaching and Learning Assistant Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

As a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting pupils in our RAISE therapeutic provision.

  • £14.65 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
  • Professional development and training opportunities.
  • Flexible full-time or part-time hours available.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant experience in education or care settings is desirable but not essential.
  • You will be passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs.
  • You will be flexible, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
