Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Education Specialist to join our team at Empowering Learning in Disley, Cheshire. The successful candidate will support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a specialist school setting.

This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The role involves working within our RAISE therapeutic provision, supporting male and female students who have emotional school-based avoidance.

The successful candidate will need to adopt a nurture approach, set clear boundaries, and be resilient when dealing with emotional needs.

They will also be required to support the teacher in engaging and delivering Maths and English lessons to the pupils.
