Teaching Assistant for SEND Students

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.

About the Opportunity:
  • You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEND by providing one-to-one support and helping them overcome challenges in their learning journey.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting or a background in youth work, sports coaching, care, or voluntary work with young people.
  • You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to implement tailored learning strategies that cater to each student's individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with SEND in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other professionals involved in the students' development.

Salary: £25,500 - £37,000 per annum
