Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide support to children with SEND in our partner schools across Kent. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with pupils on a 1 to 1 basis or in class settings, supporting their educational and social needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children with SEND in a 1 to 1 or class setting
- Work closely with pupils, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that pupils with SEND are fully integrated into the curriculum
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil progress and support provided
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
