Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

**Job Description:**

Vision Teaching is seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 4 child who has additional needs. This role will be based in a mainstream primary school in Barnet, which provides education to around 450 children aged between 3 and 11. The school is OFSTED rated "Good" and is progressing towards an "Outstanding" rating in their next inspection.

The successful candidate will work in a 1:1 capacity with the pupil, providing support and assistance as needed. The role will begin ASAP and will likely continue until the end of the academic year. The school has a team of experienced teachers and support staff, and the successful candidate will be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs and will be able to provide a safe and supportive learning environment. They will also be able to work effectively with the class teacher and other support staff to ensure the pupil receives the best possible support.
