We are seeking an exceptional SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team in an outstanding London Secondary School. As a key member of our staff, you will work alongside qualified professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists to provide exceptional support to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support small groups of students and provide individualized support as needed
- Work with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties to provide a safe and nurturing environment
- Support students with anxiety and depression, providing comfort and reassurance when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2.1 Psychology-related degree from a top 20 UK University
- Desirable: experience working with children with SEMH needs
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £500-£550 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
- In-house training and external LSA and ASC training available
