About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic university graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students in mainstream classes, running intervention sessions, and conducting tuition groups.

You will work closely with the class teacher to develop lesson plans and provide individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support students with a range of needs, including EAL and SEN.
  2. Run intervention sessions and booster groups with pupils who require additional support.
  3. Conduct tuition groups in your subject-specific area.
  4. Lead extra-curricular activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree with a minimum 2:2 classification.
  • C grades or above in Maths, English, and Science.
  • No previous education experience is required, but a passion for teaching and learning is essential.
