**Job Title:** Childcare Development Associate

**Location:** Getting In Limited, a reputable organization in the childcare industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Childcare Development Associate.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

  • Assess and treat each child as a unique individual with their own strengths, needs, and interests.
  • Ensure each child is given equality of opportunity to reach their full potential.
  • Monitor each child's development and skills, planning activities accordingly to meet their individual needs.
  • Liaise and work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and implement effective Child Protection Procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety policies.
