Contract and Performance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contract and Performance Manager to join our team in Affordable Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our network of Management Providers.
Your primary focus will be on mobilizing and embedding contractual arrangements, delivering workshops, establishing reporting and payments arrangements, and supporting Management Providers to engage fully with us and deliver their contractual requirements.
You will also be accountable for the contract and performance management cycle across the Management Providers, ensuring success is delivered across the provider group. This will involve conducting regular performance reviews and managing audits.
In addition, you will support the Head of Contract and Performance Management in developing and delivering the reporting of Management Provider performance to our executive, board, or other audiences as required.
You will work closely with Management Providers and internal Development and Operational colleagues to ensure the successful handover of individual sites, ensuring Management Providers successfully onboard both homes and customers, and that customers' first experiences of us and our partners are exceptional.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to extract additional value from our relationships with Management Providers through the development and sharing of processes, systems, and third-party relationships.
Finally, you will ensure that Management Providers deliver swift, successful resolution of complaints and MP or Councillor enquiries.

- Ensure Management Providers deliver swift, successful resolution of complaints and enquiries
- Evidence of successfully building and maintaining relationships to ensure successful delivery of housing management and maintenance services
- Evidence of successfully delivering residential landlord and property management activities to a high standard
- Background in influencing and shaping the design and development of products and services in a housing or similar service sector setting
- Previous achievements in establishing systems to ensure ongoing contract management delivers increasing returns over an extended period
- Knowledge of the affordable housing sector, including an understanding of the risks and issues in managing outsourced services alongside statutory responsibilities
- Ability to act efficiently and proactively within defined decision-making processes and work to establish and deliver to defined financial and performance parameters
- Interest and ideally experience in developing systems to support the business in the management of third-party providers
