Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a supplier relationship management strategy in partnership with category teams.
  • Define a supplier and contract management approach for all suppliers based on rigorous segmentation.
  • Support global and regional management teams in commercial strategies, assessing contract risks, and executing mitigation plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through the digitalisation and automation of the contract management process.
  • Facilitate and mediate conflicts between category and business unit priorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain transformation projects.
  • Excellent understanding of supplier risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and frameworks related to supplier risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
