Are you a seasoned Contract Performance Manager looking to take your expertise to the next level? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team at Arguile Search and support the delivery of key performance metrics and improve supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Handbook: Develop a standard Key Performance Indicator (KPI) handbook for future contracts, including defining the metrics and securing agreement with the business on how data will be collected and analysed.
  • Contract Reporting: Implement robust systems to enable the effective reporting of supplier performance at the project, programme, and portfolio levels.
  • Commercial Alignment: Ensure KPIs are aligned with the proposed contract commercial models.
  • Performance Rectification: Collaborate with contract managers to address poor-performing suppliers, developing a plan to return performance to acceptable levels.

Required Experience:

  • Quality Management: Previous experience working as a quality or performance manager in either frontline operations or within a commercial team.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills with a passion for creating actionable insights from data.
  • Active Security Clearance: A current security clearance is required for this role.

Contract Details:

  • Outside IR35: This is an outside IR35 contract.
  • Hybrid Working: The role will involve a hybrid working arrangement.
  • 18-Month Contract: The contract will be for 18 months.
