Contract Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Manager to join our team at Challenge-trg Group.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of recruitment services to assigned contracts in line with SLA/KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on team performance against SLA/KPIs.
- Review client needs to ensure adequate resource and appropriate skills within the internal team.
- Obtain client forecasted labour requirement, develop a comprehensive understanding of the local labour market and drive intelligent candidate attraction.
- Build and maintain a strategic relationship with our client based upon partnership.
- Ensure all activities meet Company and client policy, procedure and relevant legislation.
- Foster a culture of fairness, transparency and consistency, monitor conduct, performance and attendance.
- Continually review standard operating processes and policy to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure accurate data is recorded to allow KPI and MI reporting.
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
