We are seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Group in Bourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a dynamic workforce and ensuring the smooth operation of our site.

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our workforce, including allocating workers to the correct department, issuing site access cards, and conducting bag searches.

You will also be required to liaise with the Planning department on additional needs and extra workers on site, as well as supporting workers through site turnstiles and managing new starters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to hold conversations with workers who may have limited English proficiency. They will also be accurate with data, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

Salary: £27,000
Hours: 0630-1830 (flexible hours)
