About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Customer Service Technician to join our team in Bourne, UK. As a key member of our service centre team, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and repairing faults in our products across multiple service offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair faults in Secure Innovation products across multiple service offerings
  • Complete routine maintenance and ensure all work is documented accurately
  • Liaise with senior management and other team members to meet service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure high standards of operational performance, including improving first-time fix rates
  • Escalate unresolved issues to team leaders for further action
  • Participate in team meetings and complete any additional training as required
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant work environment
Requirements
  • Experience using basic hand tools confidently
  • Experience in PCB soldering is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Location and Training

The successful candidate will be based in Bourne, UK, and will attend a mandatory two-week induction at our Head Office in Saltash, Cornwall, followed by further training as needed.
