Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling the CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range and supporting services in North England. This field-based role will involve developing and implementing business plans and strategies for identified key accounts, working with external stakeholders to drive sales and profit, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure and grow business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for key accounts
  • Work with external stakeholders, including HCPs, Pharmacists, and Budget Holders, to drive sales and profit
  • Collaborate with medical, marketing, and management teams to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business
  • Communicate business objectives and provide detailed contact reports
  • Work to set call rate guidelines and associated activity reporting via the CTHC CRM system
  • Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Good business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales
  • Ideal experience in Biosimilars and/or Biologics sales
  • Team player
  • Good verbal, numerical, and negotiating skills
  • ABPI accreditation
  • Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical or equivalent
