Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in North England. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range and supporting services in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified key accounts
  • Work with and influence external stakeholders, including HCPs, Pharmacists, and Budget Holders, to drive sales and profit of CTHC brands
  • Conduct sales-focussed activities, including local and regional market access work, and may lead contract sales team colleagues
  • Collaborate with medical, marketing, and management teams to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in key accounts
  • Meet set call rate guidelines and report activity via the CTHC CRM system
  • Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Good business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales
  • Ideal experience in Biosimilars and/or Biologics sales
  • Team player
  • Good verbal, numerical, and negotiating skills
  • ABPI accreditation
  • Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical or equivalent
