Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in North England. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range and supporting services in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified key accounts
- Work with and influence external stakeholders, including HCPs, Pharmacists, and Budget Holders, to drive sales and profit of CTHC brands
- Develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all key accounts, working cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and management teams
- Meet set call rate guidelines and associated activity reporting via the CTHC CRM system
- Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management
Requirements:
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales
- Experience in Biosimilars and/or Biologics sales (ideally)
- Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical or equivalent
- Account Management experience
- Business Planning skills
