About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Celltrion Healthcare UK Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range and supporting services in North England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified Key Accounts to drive sales and profit of CTHC brands.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with and influence all external stakeholders in defined regions/accounts, including HCPs, Pharmacists, and Budget Holders to secure and grow business.
  • Market Access: Conduct local/regional market access work to ensure seamless access to our products for customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate contract sales team colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication: Consistently communicate with all relevant personnel on business objectives and provide detailed contact reports.
  • Reporting: Work to set call rate guidelines and report activity via the CTHC CRM system.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate good business acumen and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales, ideally in Biosimilars and/or Biologics sales.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead others when required.
  • Skills: Good verbal, numerical, and negotiating skills, with ABPI accreditation and a clinical/technical background in pharmaceuticals or equivalent.
