Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified Key Accounts
- Work with and influence all external stakeholders, including Healthcare Professionals, Pharmacists, and Budget Holders, to drive sales and profit of CTHC brands
- Key Activities are Sales-focussed, with a focus on local and regional market access work, and may include leadership without authority of contract sales team colleagues
- Work cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and management teams to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all key accounts
- Consistently communicate with all relevant personnel on business objectives and provide detailed contact reports
- Work to set call rate guidelines as identified by management and associated activity reporting via the CTHC CRM system
- Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management
- Degree or equivalent
