About the Role

Celltrion Healthcare UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in North England. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range and supporting services in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified Key Accounts
  • Work with and influence all external stakeholders, including Healthcare Professionals, Pharmacists, and Budget Holders, to drive sales and profit of CTHC brands
  • Key Activities are Sales-focussed, with a focus on local and regional market access work, and may include leadership without authority of contract sales team colleagues
  • Work cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and management teams to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all key accounts
  • Consistently communicate with all relevant personnel on business objectives and provide detailed contact reports
  • Work to set call rate guidelines as identified by management and associated activity reporting via the CTHC CRM system
  • Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrate good business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales
  • Ideally experience in Biosimilars and/or Biologics sales
  • Team player
  • Good verbal, numerical, and negotiating skills
