Senior Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key partners in the UK. This role requires a strategic approach to drive sustainable consumer sales growth, while also ensuring excellent execution of business unit priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end account management of one of our largest strategic accounts in the UK, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Directly manage and develop a Channel Key Account Executive, as well as provide leadership to the channel team.
- Build and maintain relationships across various internal and external partner functions, including retailers and other stakeholders.
- Utilize relationships to implement specific retailer plans and support company initiatives, ensuring strong return on investments.
- Lead external discussions on investments via annual joint business plans, as well as day-to-day collaboration to drive business results.
- Own individual development, targeting priority competencies and staying up-to-date with emerging trends in the industry.

Requirements
- Strong commercial experience in sales or a related commercial function.
- A consistent track record of outstanding business results and high accountability.
- Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly, backed up by relevant data and a strong analytical approach.
- Balance of short-term results focus and long-term strategic work.
- Effective relationship building skills with a collaborative approach to partners.
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple partners.
- Proven success as a leader prioritising development of others to empower teamwork that drives success.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work 3 days from our office in Slough (2 days from home).
