We are seeking an Education Advocate to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As an Education Advocate, you will play a key role in supporting learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, disabilities, or learning difficulties.
Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to learners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of teaching and learning resources.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
