About the RoleThis is a full-time, term-time position until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality educational support to primary-aged students.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one and small group interventions to support students' literacy, numeracy, and general academic development.
- Work closely with teachers to ensure seamless integration with classroom teaching.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in a 1:1 or small group setting.
- Strong understanding of primary education and intervention strategies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ongoing professional development and training.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
