As a Senior Child Protection Specialist at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable service in Kingston Upon Thames. The estimated salary for this position is £42,058 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

This role requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively with children, young people, and their families. You will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment, planning, and intervention services to vulnerable children and young people.

In addition to your expertise in child protection, you will also be required to have knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop effective plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues and other professionals to promote best practice in child protection.
