About Our Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team in Kingston and Richmond. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking child protection investigations, building strong relationships with families and partner agencies, and working on complex cases with increased complexity.
About You
- You will have a relevant Social Work qualification and be actively registered with Social Work England.
- You will have experience of working with children and families, including court work and pre-proceedings experience.
- You will be an effective communicator, resilient worker, and solution-focused person with the ability to deal with sensitive issues.
- You will have a strong understanding of the relevant statutory and regulatory framework and be able to apply this in practice.
