About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to join our team in Kingston and Richmond. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking child protection investigations, building strong relationships with families and partner agencies, and working on complex cases, including court work and pre-proceedings experience.

About You

  • You will be an effective communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team or on your own, taking ownership and responsibility for the cases you are assigned.
  • You will be a confident and competent social worker with knowledge of relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks and the ability to apply professional interventions.
  • You will be a solution-focused person with the ability to deal with sensitive issues and champion inclusion and diversity.
